Purpose:

The vacuum system mainly consists of vacuum chamber, pump system, control valve and heat exchanger. Pump system consists of mechanical pump, maintenance pump, Roots pump and diffusion pump. The valves are composed of front stage valve (butterfly valve), bypass valve (butterfly valve), maintenance pump valve (butterfly valve) and high position valve (plate valve). Each valve is pneumatic valve, controlled by PLC pneumatic valve. When the vacuum system works, the mechanical pump, maintenance pump and diffusion pump (heating) are started first, and the valve of the front valve and maintenance pump is opened at the same time to vacuum the diffusion pump. When the vacuum reaches a certain set value of the system, start the Roots pump, open the bypass valve and close the pre-stage valve. At this time, the vacuum chamber is pumped down. When the diffusion pump is heated to the specified temperature and the vacuum degree is higher than the specified value, the high level valve opens, the bypass valve closes and the pre-stage valve opens. At this time, the vacuum chamber is pumped down to meet the process requirements before heat treatment. After the heat treatment process is completed, the vacuum chamber is filled with high-purity nitrogen gas through the heat exchanger for forced cooling to complete the whole process. As for the price, there is a big difference. Depending on the size of the effective area you need and different materials, the configuration is different. There will be a lot of differences.

Workflow:

Vacuum high-temperature brazing furnace is to clean and decontaminate the part of the workpiece to be soldered with solder, lay the solder (powder, granule, flake), and then put the other part (the soldering surface is also coated with solder). The two parts are fixed in the furnace and heated to the temperature at which the solder melts to complete the welding. It utilizes the furnace temperature to raise the temperature of the workpiece to melt the solder whose melting temperature is lower than that of the workpiece, thus enabling the welding of the workpiece. In this process, the heating speed should be as slow as possible to keep the internal and external temperature of the brazed product consistent, otherwise it will directly affect the brazing quality. In industrial production, preheating heat preservation, energy storage heat preservation, brazing temperature, heat preservation and power-off cooling is an effective process, not only to achieve the above purpose, but also to improve production efficiency. In the vacuum high temperature brazing furnace temperature and holding time is the key factor affecting the quality of brazing.
