1、Inspection items

2、Cold furnace debugging
1) mechanical, pneumatic, electrical linkage debugging, adjusting the workpiece transfer time s25S, under the load of 200Kg, the whole linkage should be coordinated, stable, accurate and reliable continuous action.
① Vacuum insulation hot open or close the travel time adjusted to s8S, ② Adjust the workpiece car to the heating car to the heating time s25S, the load 200Kg, the whole linkage should be coordinated, stable, accurate and reliable continuous action.
② Adjust the workpiece car to the heating chamber travel time of 12-15S.
③ Adjust the travel time of the workpiece car to rise or fall ≤ 3S.
④ Adjust the travelling time of the workpiece carriage to return to the cooling chamber as 12-15S.

2) air cooler debugging, speed of 1400r/min or so, rotate flexibly, no abnormal phenomenon.
3)The debugging of alarm system should be accurate, safe and reliable.
4) Measure the insulation resistance is greater than or equal to 20 kilo-ohms.
5) Measure the cold vacuum of the furnace chamber, the lift rate is close to 0.5Pa / h (can be combined with the thermal commissioning)
3、Hot commissioning of vacuum furnace
1) When the furnace vacuum is not less than 13.3Pa, should be energised. The whole process of furnace temperature slowly rise to 1300 ℃, the furnace vacuum is not less than 13.3Pa. fully baked degassing, when the rate of pressure rise to meet the technical requirements, can be.
2)Ultimate vacuum measurement:not less than 6x1.0-4Pa.
3)Working vacuum measurement:not less than 2.7Pa(1000 furnace empty time).
4)Boosting rate measurement: vacuum furnace heating to 1200 ℃, fully baked and degassed, furnace temperature cooling to below 100 ℃ to measure the boosting rate, should reach 0.5Pa / H.
5) Charge gas debugging: when the cooling chamber vacuum is 1.33Pa, close the vacuum adiabatic hot and cooling chamber vacuum valve, immediately to the cooling chamber furnace filled with nitrogen 0.06MPa, the time should be 2.5 (seconds) within the completion of the heating chamber vacuum is not less than 670Pa.
