3, hydraulic system: the choice of electric input method. Daily maintenance.
1, every day before the start of the furnace should check the air pump with gas ballast function, and open it for 30 minutes according to the need, in order to remove the moisture in the pump oil.
2, check the cooling water, compressed air, hydraulic system pressure and cooling water flow.
3, before closing the protective door, should check the rubber seals and flanges of the vacuum furnace door. There should be no sand and debris. Rubber seals and flanges should be wiped clean with a thousand mesh bandages, and vacuum grease should be evenly applied before closing the door.
4, the workpiece must be cleaned before putting it into the furnace. After oil quenching, the oil on the oil-impregnated material racks and conveyor parts should be thoroughly cleaned....
5、Air is normally used to cool the motor. If it cannot be started in a vacuum, it must be inflated before starting and should be protected with an electrical interlocking protection device.
6, The pump should be operated under a vacuum of 133 3A or more and should be protected by an electrical interlocking protection device.
