2.Control temperature and time:Reasonably control the heating temperature and time to ensure that the brazing material fully wets the base material and completes the diffusion. 3.Check workpiece cleanliness:Ensure that the surface of the workpiece is clean and free of oil and oxide film to ensure a quality weld. Any residual impurities will affect the wettability and diffusivity of the brazing material, thus reducing the strength and reliability of the weld.
