Holding stage: Maintain a constant high temperature for a period of time to ensure that the filler metal is completely melted and fully combined with the base metal.

Cooling stage: After the heating is stopped, the workpiece temperature is reduced to room temperature by inert gas or natural cooling.

Preparation stage: Select the appropriate filler metal, and clean the surface of the workpiece to remove oil and oxide layer.

Loading stage: The cleaned workpiece is placed in the special fixture according to the designed layout and placed in the designated position in the vacuum brazing furnace.


Vacuuming stage: start the vacuum pump and pump out the air in the furnace until it reaches the set vacuum value.

Heating stage: According to the material characteristics and the type of filler metal to set the appropriate heating curve, through electric heating or induction heating to gradually heat up the workpiece.


Insulation stage: When the temperature reaches the melting point of the filler metal, the constant temperature state is maintained to ensure full diffusion and wetting time.


Cooling stage: turn off the heating power supply, open the cooling procedure, use ammonia or other protective gases to quickly cool down and prevent workpiece deformation.


5. Application Scenarios

Vacuum brazing furnace is widely used in aerospace, automobile manufacturing, electronic component assembly and other fields, especially suitable for complex structural parts and dissimilar materials connection. For example, in the assembly process of aircraft engine blades, high-precision vacuum brazing technology is required to ensure the formation of a strong and reliable joint between the components.
