How to use the liftable dental furnace sintering zirconia teeth?

1. Place the zirconia teeth in the crucible.
2. Place the crucible on the dental furnace's liftable table.
3. Close the furnace and set the temperature curve and chose it.
4. Start to sintering.
5. Monitor the progress of the sintering process on the furnace's control panel.
6. Once the sintering is complete, remove the sintering crucible and allow it to cool before removing the zirconia teeth.

It is worth mentioning that our dental furnace support opens and takes out the crucibles when the furnace's temperature is down to about 600C.
